Tourist Places I've been in Paris

We are only have couple of days left here in Paris because hubby's assignment is finished and we are going back to Qatar. I would say that I enjoyed living in Paris but not with the people. The French people are most of them are not really helpful especially if you don't speak french to them. Like hubby and I we don't learn French here because we were thinking that we are not staying here for good. Sometimes, if I have questions such as in the store that I don't know what it means because it was all written in French. But I do love their tourist spots and even the parks. They are very nature lover here, there are many trees, flowers and they keep it clean. I've been in different places around Paris such as Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triomphe and many more. I was so glad I went to the top of Eiffel Tower with hubby and kids. It was a bit difficult for us to go to the top but we still made it. Even hubby was struggling to carry the two strollers of the kids because they don't allowed people to leave things unattended just for a safety reasons. It was so nice at the top of Eiffel tower, we took the elevator because it was too high to use the stairs and with the kids. When we up there, I can see the whole Paris so relaxing, breezy and the weather was brilliant that time. There are some restaurants if you want to eat in there but we didn't bother because of the kids were grumpy after we had almost 3 hours in there. It took us almost an hour to be in the queue just to buy a ticket and 30 minutes everytime we took the elevator but just to see the place took us a minutes... I had enough until I went up to the top, I was exhausted and decided to go home after stayed for an hour when we were at the top. 

Arc de triomphe, we been there too. It was quite simple but many tourists goes their too because it is been one of the tourist spots. We took some pictures at the arch de triomphe and it's all up to you if you want to up but it's not the highest compare to Eiffel tower.

Stranger man asking my telephone number..

Last Wednesday was my 30th birthday! I had a simple celebration because hubby and I were already celebrated in advance on the week before. Hubby gave me a nice Louis Vuitton bag and can't ask for another gift because I love the bag. On my birthday, I cooked some foods to share with some filipina friends at the park. One of my friend gave me a nice dress as a gift and love it. After we had eaten all the foods and it was the time to go home. Hubby came to the park and we went home together. But I was nearer home than my husband because he was walking with Selena and Selena walks very slow and sometimes stopped in some places. I was almost in our house when one man approached me asked me if I am a filipina and I answered him, yes! He asked me again if I was in Chatele one of the place in Paris and if my name is Amy. So I said no and started to walk away from him but he still carried on walking with me and asked me if he can have my number. He was good looking, tall and blue/grayish eyes. I saw his car parked on the road with the hazard light just to get my number. I was flattered for what he did. But I didn't give my number with him because I left my phone in the house. I was only thinking of my friend if I can give my number then I can give it to my friend who is single and looking for boyfriend but he wasn't lucky that day because phone wasn't with me. I saw hubby from a distance and got panicked because hubby might thinking bad that I was talking with a stranger man so I told the man that I am already MARRIED and showed my wedding ring for him. I know, it was a bit odd why not just telling him straight away....

What I want to do is to get his number instead of mine because I don't memorise my number and I didn't have phone that time. Then, if I have his number I can give to my friend Vilma then maybe the two of them will be calling and texting by now.....

Weekend so love it!

I love weekend especially if we have plan to go which is so exciting and exploring nice places. I like to go to another places that I never been there and share some pictures to my facebook account. Yesterday, we went to eat out because we celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary and for my forth coming birthday next week. Hubby bought me a gift for my our Wedding Anniversary and for my birthday. He asked what I liked and I told him a LV bag. Therefore, wish was granted. We came back today to LV because I need to show my Philippine passport so I can get 12% tax refund. So fetched my passport with me and it didn't take long for the saleslady to give me my tax refund. I was so pleased that I got a tax refund because we paid the bag 950 euros but we the tax refund, we can get back 114 euros therefore the bag cost only 794 euros which is very good. 

We ate our lunch at La Terassee at Porte Malliot and the food was good but it didn't fill me up. So we went home by train and then I cooked some chopsuey for dinner. Hubby liked it and we had it for dinner.....

What we did on Friday?

Today, is our 5th Wedding Anniversary and thanks to God that hubby and I are still together strong as a rock on our relationship. Hubby is not that type of a person who celebrate anniversaries but that's what he like and I can't forced him to do it, can I? I tried to ask him if we can go out for dinner tonight and leave the kids to one of my friends but he didn't agree with my idea. He is more protective with our kids, better do nothing and stay with the kids than going anywhere without the kids with us. Sometimes, I feel like bored or sad when hubby is acting like that or don't do anything on our anniversary. I also envied with other friends or other people who like to go out to celebrate their anniversary. So what he said to me yesterday that since it is my birthday next week, we will go out tomorrow and get something for my birthday and eat outside with the kids. I agreed what he said because I don't want to be stucked in the house and don't do anything, for this month is our wedding anniversary and it's my birthday. So hopefully, he will buy what I like to buy tomorrow and I know what it is.... 

I went out to meet hubby today because Selena need a new shoes. Her shoes is quite small and it is not good for her walking using the small one. We had our lunch at Mcdonald and we went to Auchan to get Selena's shoes. Luckily, we found a nice shoes and Selena's size. She is size 26 now from 25 not the big difference, really. I wanted to get 27 so it will last for many months but hubby wanted to get size 26 because he said that too big isn't easy to walk and might Selena keep on falling over. We also bought a wireless mouse because the old one isn't working at all. I went to Sephora to buy a primer Smashbox but they haven't got one. So I decided to go home and Joel was moaning of all the walking. When we reached home, we straight to bed and the kids slept for 3 hours. I had a good afternoon nap too at least an hour.....

Tuesday weather forecast!

For the past couple of days the weather was very good. Last Sunday, I was outside with my friends and it was 23 Celsius degree. Yes, the temperature was a bit higher for this time of year. But today, I feel like bored because the weather is gloomy, cloudy and the sun is trying to come out. I supposed to meet hubby this afternoon so we can have lunch together but the weather isn't so friendly therefore I must stay and watching tele or doing something productive, hopefully! I don't feel like doing anything now that we are leaving to Qatar at the end of this month. I need to separate all our things to take to Qatar but the movers/ packers will be here on the 26th. 

Anyway, talking about last Sunday. I went to meet my friends and we went to Anvers. Anvers where the big Sacred Heart church is located. There were many people  or tourists in the church. The church is in a good location, is on the top and it is beautiful.

Shopping in France..

Yes it is lovely weather today!I love weekend! I woke up late today around 9.30am because I was so tired from yesterday and I didn't care waking up early so hubby was looking after the little one. Joel my son woke up the same time as me this morning because he was tired too from walking yesterday. It was a long walk yesterday went to Musee du Luovre and Joel didn't mind walking because he enjoyed a lot. The weather was very good yesterday and today too. But hubby didn't have any especial plan today we only stayed in after we did our food shopping. Before we went for our food shopping today, hubby asked me if I could trimmed his hair and I did it. It was good with the guide of hubby. He told me what to do and where to trim his hair and it turned out alright. 

Around 12noon we went to get our food shopping. We bought all the things we needed for next week consumption but when hubby paid the bill, he was a bit amazed because it came out to 105.00 Euros and looked at our shopping it wasn't much. He still need to pay eventhough it was expensive...

LBM can't beat you!!

Wow! I love the weather today is so sunny and 23 Celsius degrees. I went out today taking the kids to see hubby at his workplace. But I needed to tidy the house and arranged the furnitures because my friends are coming this afternoon. I met hubby at his workplace to have lunch , we arrived at his place 11.30am I was waiting for 10 minutes because he wasn't there yet. So the kids were ran around and playing. I was so starving because I only had toasted bread and tea for breakfast. I didn't eat anything before leaving the house because I know that I am going to have lunch with hubby and he always take plenty of foods when we are having lunch. I was right, he had loads of food when we met. We had garden salad, tuna baguette, ham and cheese sandwich, brownies, yogurt,crisp and some drinks. After eaten so greedily I was really filled up and wanted to sleep, lazy me! We took the kids to horse roundabout so they rode for once only. Then, we headed to bus station and hubby went back to work. The kids and I were waiting the bus for almost 15 minutes but I was really really needed to go to the loo. I had tummy ache from eating all the foods that hubby brought for our lunch. I was so greedy eating all those foods therefore I suffered from LBM while in the bus station. I kept on walking just to ease the pain and help to control myself to go to the toilet. I was lucky, that it stopped when the bus came and I managed to find the place to sit down. About 15 minutes waiting, we arrived in our place but we still need to walk about 5 minutes just to reach home. My son Joel was complaining that he was tired and telling him that he needed to walk fast because mommy was bursting to the toilet. When I reached home, it was a relief! No one can beat of having LBM!!!!!

At least I managed to get home before doing anything so bad......hehehhe

The state of the house when it's Monday

Monday , Monday and busy Monday! It's so tiring to wake up when it's the beginning of the week. Monday is always a tiring day for me because I need to wake up early and cleaning up the messy house. Yesterday, I had to wake up early to prepare hubby's breakfast and then when I went to the living room, the room was so messy and all the toys were scattered on the floor. I didn't know what to do first because of all the jobs I have. But still I finished before lunch time. This are the pictures of our house after weekend! Mother's Day!

I don't know that it is Mother's day today until I opened my facebook and saw of their shout outs. I saw some of their pictures from my friends in facebook that their celebrating Mother's day. Some of them got some cards and gifts and I am so envious with them. My husband didn't even greet me a Happy Mother's day! I don't know about him, he is so mean. He didn't even take me out for dinner, you know like he should make an effort to take me out or he do something makes me happy. But he is different since we have kids. He is totally changed a lot. It seems he haven't got feelings for me. 

I don't know maybe he don't celebrate Mother's day because he is too old to greet me or what? But I am still young and I still do celebrate and it is a big thing for me. Even valentines no cards at all. I don't know how long I can still take this situation. 

Happy Mother's day to all the mom around the world! You did a good job!
