Doing exercise everyday feels me good and fit. It helps burn my fats and keep me healthy. I used to go to the Gym 4 days in a week but it stopped when I got pregnant. Exercise also helped me to get pregnant. Hubby and I were advised by our Doctor to do some exercise so I will get pregnant. The Doctor said to us that if we are both fit it helps me to conceive. We were lucky that our prayer to have a baby was granted. In about 3 months in the gym I got pregnant since then I stopped doing exercise.
Last weekend, hubby assembled the treadmill back to its place. Hubby put back the treadmill because he heard me that I want to go back to the gym. But hubby said that I don’t have time if I will go after work, he was thinking about Joel. I finished without time for Joel. So I told him if it’s ok going to the gym in the weekend and he said, are you sure you will use your weekend days for the gym. He is doubtful therefore he put back the treadmill.
Tonight, I am going to use the treadmill and I want to get rid off this belly. I am going to use the stomach curl we’ve got in the house and hopefully I will get back to my sexy shape like before.(assuming kay ko..sagdi nalng). Bitaw, that’s not the only purpose why I want to do an exercise again but also I want to get fit. I seem that when I go out for a walk or even using the stairs in our office, I will easily out of my breath. Now, I am really eager to do exercise.
